Duties and responsibilities工作任务和职责
1. Handle AP transactions and involve in the cash ＆ banking process； or
2. Accountable to handle petty cash management and reimbursement from people； or
3. Liable to monitor the movement of Fixed Assets and make sure associate records are properly keep and update accordingly； or
4. Assist and coordinate annual stock take of materials and Fixed Assets；
5. Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and related accounting schedules；
6. Perform any ad hoc projects / tasks；
Qualifications and Requirements 任职资格和要求
1. Degree holder, major in Accounting；
2. Fresh graduate or 1-2 years working experiences；
3. Good command of written and spoken English （CET- 4 or above）
4. Strong communication skills；
5. Have knowledge of ERP system, SAP has advantages；
6. Familiar with MS office software （word, excel etc）；
7. Good learning ability；
8. Energetic, proactive and willing to work under pressure； |
